We provide free shipping on all orders across PAN India. Once an order is placed on our site it takes approximately 12 hours until we process the order.Once an order is processing, it takes us 2-3 days to get it shipped.
Orders once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-9 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). You will receive the tracking details on your email, SMS, as well as your Whatsapp if your phone has it enabled as soon as we have shipped the order.
If you placed the order successfully and made any mistake regarding the size, product type or any issues with the address entered, or if you want to edit the order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order ASAP to make any changes. You can directly email us or send a message on Whatsapp with your query and we will put your order on hold until problem is resolved. We cannot guarantee any further changes or cancellations after 12 hours have passed after placing the order, as your order is likely already processing. When contacting us, don't forget to mention your order ID as it makes things easier for us to escalate your concerns.
You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing with us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at support@shopwithsenpai.com Once, 12 hours have passed the order is already under processing, it cannot be canceled.
If you have received damaged product/s, you need to email us with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging within 3 days of the delivery. In such case you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service. Unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video with the images of the courier cover.
In case you want to return the order/product due to any reason other than any damage or defect, you need to inform us within 3 days of delivery via email or Whatsapp. In case of size issues, your product will be eligible for exchange/replacement with the preferential size. In a case where you want to exchange or return the product due to either size issue or any other reason, you will have to manually ship us the product with original packaging and all tags intact. The item has to be in unused condition.
As of now we can only arrange reverse pickup on orders with defects or damage. For size issue or if for any reason the product is not needed, you will have to manually ship it to us. When we receive the order on our return address, it will undergo a QC check. If it passes the QC check, we will accept your return and provide you with a replacement or refund. Processing time for a replacement can take up to 2 weeks. In case of any defective product, the shipping charges will be bared by us and if the wrong order placed by the customer, then they have to bear the reverse shipping cost.
In short, defective product, we arrange reverse shipping and provide replacements - inform us within 3 days of delivery date. Non defective product (size issue, wrong item ordered), you have to manually return the order to us. We confirm the return and provide you with refund or replacement - inform us withing 3 days of delivery date.
